This signature event brings together Montgomery County’s nonprofit leaders, funders, and partners for a powerful day of learning, connection, and discovery. 

  • Date: Monday, March 2, 2026 
  • Location: Silver Spring Civic Building, 1 Veteran's Place, Silver Spring, MD 20910 
  • Expo Hours: 9 am to 2 pm 

What to Expect:

  • Hands-on workshops offering practical, immediately applicable tools for nonprofit staff.
  • A VIP keynote luncheon featuring a distinguished speaker on the future of the nonprofit sector (paid ticketed event). 
  • 30 exhibitor spaces located in a high-traffic networking hub.
  • An audience of 150–200 nonprofit professionals, board members, and community partners.
  • High-impact networking opportunities throughout the day.

Whether you’re a returning supporter or joining us for the first time, the 2026 Tools to Thrive Expo is your gateway to strengthening impact across our community. As an exhibitor, you’ll showcase your services directly to the organizations driving impact across the county—and play a visible role in helping them thrive. The Expo Hall is Free and Open to the Public.

Exhibitor registrations must be completed by this date to guarantee space and inclusion in exhibitor listings.

Exhibitor Categories & Fees:

Nonprofit Montgomery Supporting Member Exhibitor$300Special discounted rate for current Supporting Members of Nonprofit Montgomery.

Government Agency / Education / Nonprofit $150. For public agencies, schools, and nonprofit organizations that are not Supporting Members. Please note that the nonprofit category is for nonprofit organizations that primarily serve, support, or strengthen other nonprofits—such as umbrella groups, technical assistance providers, coalitions, or sector-support organizations.

Business Exhibitor (General Rate)$500. For corporations, businesses, and consultants not currently members of Nonprofit Montgomery.

Exhibitors receive:

  • One 6’ rectangular table and two chairs (additional chairs upon request and subject to availability).
  • Space for a standard pop-up banner or tabletop display (optional).
  • Wi-fi Access.
  • Access to an outlet available on a limited, first-come, first-served basis (please request during registration).
