Budgeting 101: Building Meaningful Operating Budgets (Virtual)

Description

Are you new to nonprofit budgeting or just curious about the fundamentals of building annual operating budgets? Join us as we pull back the curtain on what it takes to build a useful and meaningful budget. In this session, we will review the overall purpose and role of an operating budget, what's needed to make realistic projections of both expenses and revenue, and how we deal with 'overhead'/'indirect' costs.

Date:  March 11th,  10am-11am

Location: On Zoom. Registrants will receive a Zoom link prior to the start of the program.
