Why does this matter to nonprofits? While most of the County’s nonprofit contracts reside in the Department of Health and Human Services, Recreation and Housing and Community Affairs monitor several contracts. Additionally, the policies of DHCA and the Housing Initiative Fund should be of interest to nonprofits working with populations affected by the County’s housing policies.
