Metrics, Outcomes and Responsible Evaluation Team Training Fall 2025 Cohort (In Person)

Not sure how to evaluate your programs and work? Ready to take your data to the next level for grant applications and reporting? Nonprofit Montgomery’s MORE Training helps nonprofits learn about evaluation, and offers a deep dive into measuring impact and gauging program effectiveness.

MORE will strengthen your organization’s capacity to measure results by: understanding key evaluation terminology; assessing your organization’s capacity for evaluation; identifying external data and resources to strengthen evaluation efforts; and more. MORE is a hands-on approach for nonprofits who are new to evaluation or who need to improve their evaluation practices. The program provides a framework for understanding evaluation and includes tools, individual consultation and time to plan as a team.

Please register as a group of four:

  1. Executive Director/CEO or Senior Leader
  2. Program Director
  3. Staff Member in charge of Evaluation/Data
  4. Program Director, Development Director, Board member or other

Fall Cohort 2025 Sessions:

  • Session I: Tuesday, September 16, 9:30 am to 2:30 pm.
  • Session II: Wednesday, September 17, 9:30 am to 2:30 pm.
  • Capstone: Thursday, October 23, 9:30 am to 12:00 pm. (This session will be held at Main Street, 50 Monroe Place, Rockville, Maryland 20850.)
  • Consultation: Customized 1-hour virtual session per organization over Zoom

Location: Wheaton Urban District, 2425 Reedie Drive 2nd Floor,  Wheaton, MD 20902

Breakfast will be provided for all three sessions. Lunch is provided for Sessions I and II. Please indicate any dietary requirements, needs, or allergies.

For registration, please login as a Company if you are a member. The administrative fee for Nonprofit Montgomery members is $20 per person. The fee for non-members is $75 per person.
