City of Rockville Nonprofit Symposium (In Person)

You are invited to attend the first inaugural Nonprofit Symposium with the City of Rockville and Nonprofit Montgomery! Join us for an engaging and inspiring morning featuring Maryland Comptroller Brooke Lierman as our keynote speaker.

 

Together, we’ll explore the future of local nonprofits, the effects of federal policy shifts, and new opportunities to strengthen cross-sector collaboration.The goal of the event is to bring nonprofit organizations serving the City of Rockville’s residents together to:  

 

  •  Address questions about the rapidly changing federal landscape and how it affects local nonprofit service providers
  • Explore how the City of Rockville can best support nonprofits; and  
  • Foster nonprofit collaboration with other nonprofits and the public sector for future impact. 

When: Thursday, May 22nd from 8 - 11 AM (In Person)

Who Should Attend: Nonprofit organizations serving residents in the City of Rockville. Nonprofit Montgomery Membership is not required but encouraged! Please note that this event is not just open to leadership in your organization; we welcome other team members to join so we can learn and understand various perspectives.

 

A light breakfast will be served.
