Maintaining steady cash flow to cover operational costs and avoid funding gaps while planning ahead to anticipate income fluctuations and manage expenses effectively can be difficult for all organizations. During this call we will discuss establishing a financial cushion to handle unexpected expenses or funding delays, ensuring there’s enough cash on hand to cover payroll, rent, and essential programs without financial strain as well as other strategies that your organization could use to help manage funding streams.
